We do not subcontract installation to local day-laborers; our own permanent workshop carpenters travel with the transport to assemble, align, and fit every piece on your site.

Every finished component is wrapped in industrial multi-layer bubble cushioning, reinforced corner foam bumpers, and heavy protective stretch film. Large solid hardwood table slabs and architectural doors are crated in custom wooden transit pallets to eliminate friction, impact damage, or rain exposure during road transport.

Our standard project payment structure operates on clear stage payments: 70% advance deposit upon final shop drawing approval to lock in kiln-dried hardwood allocation and hardware sourcing; 20% upon pre-delivery dry assembly inspection at our Owerri workshop; and the remaining 10% balance upon final on-site installation, door alignment, and client handover.
