Architectural Scope & Joinery Engineering

A 34-square-meter dressing room and connected master bed surround for a newly completed duplex in Works Layout, Owerri. The client requested a luxury boutique aesthetic with ample enclosed wardrobe space for traditional attire, formal suits, watches, and footwear.

Wardrobe carcasses are finished in textured linen-finish board, framed by smoked oak stiles and tinted bronze glass doors. Each shelf incorporates concealed aluminum channels with warm 3000K LED strip lighting triggered by automatic infrared door sensors.

The matching bed surround includes floating cantilevered bedside tables with wireless smartphone charging pads set flush into solid Sapele tops.
