Architectural Scope & Joinery Engineering

Fabricated for a master ensuite bathroom where high humidity and daily water exposure required timber that would never warp, rot, or peel.

We selected solid quartersawn West African Teak, naturally rich in silica and organic oils that make it impervious to moisture damage. The vanity cantilevers seamlessly from structural masonry using heavy-duty Fischer concealed steel brackets tested to support over 350kg.

Features four deep dovetail drawers on soft-close Blum undermount slides, custom U-shaped cutouts for plumbing traps, and a polished quartz countertop with dual undermount porcelain basins.

Quality & Seasoning Protocol

All timber elements machined from lumber kiln-seasoned in our Owerri workshop to 10–12% moisture equilibrium.
